Mourners gathered Monday to honour the life of Elisapee Pootoogook. The woman from northern Quebec died in early November looking for a place to sleep overnight while she was seeking medical treatment in Montreal. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports the memorial offered closure and prompted calls for change.
