Peterborough Public Health says young children, loosening of restrictions attributed to increase in COVID-19 cases

In the Peterborough Public Health region, 84.1 per cent of residents eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine are fully vaccinated.
Still, the area is seeing an uptick in cases and mimicking a provincial trend in the same direction.
