Ontario raises minimum wage to $15 per hour, effective Jan. 2022

Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced on Tuesday the increase of minimum wage in the province to $15 an hour, beginning Jan. 1, 2022. Homeworkers, students under 18, hospitality workers and hunting and fishing guides will also see an increase in their wages.
