Parents of New Brunswick special needs students concerned about virtual learning

It’s Day 1 of virtual learning for students across New Brunswick as a result of the CUPE strike. Some parents of special needs students say their children are being denied an education under the at-home learning program and it’s harming their wellbeing. Shelley Steeves reports.
