Wedding celebration involving Ferris wheel in Surrey B.C. results in fines and complaints

A video shared with Global News shows a wedding celebration in Surrey B.C. Tuesday evening. Surrey bylaw officers and RCMP members were called after multiple noise and traffic complaints from neighbours. Fifteen tickets for parking infractions ended up being issued along with a Stop Work Order Wednesday morning for having multiple tents on the property.
