Ontario Premier Doug Ford spoke Monday about what he said was a shortage of workers the province was seeing and said new Canadians were welcome to the province but went on to say he has one criteria: “work your tail off.” He went on to say that if people were coming to the province to “collect the dole and sit around, not gonna happen.”
