Canada’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Theresa Tam said Friday that Canada has provided U.S. officials with all the data needed to make a decision whether Canadian travellers with mixed COVID-19 doses will be counted as fully vaccinated, something they are still mulling. The U.S. is poised to open the land border with Canada on Nov. 8 for fully vaccinated travellers.
