October is National Foster Care Month and Montreal’s youth protection services are hoping to recruit more foster families. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, officials at CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montreal are hoping to find at least 50 families from various backgrounds willing to welcome children with varying needs.
