A section of Wallace Point Road south of Peterborough was closed Wednesday afternoon south after a truck crashed into a hydro pole.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on Wallace Point Road near Colverdale Line around 11:30 a.m.
Otonabee South-Monaghan Township firefighters stabilized the vehicle and ensured safety around the downed lines unit hydro crews could arrive.
Paramedics assessed the driver but he was not transported to hospital.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by Peterborough County OPP.
