Moderna submitted its application to Health Canada on Tuesday for a COVID-19 booster shot, which it believes everyone should take six months after their second dose. While countries like the U.S. and Israel have authorized third shots for millions, Canada has so far only approved them for the immuno-compromised and people who live in long-term care homes.
