A woman and her partner are speaking out after they say Montreal police failed to protect them. The couple and a third person were stabbed in Cote-des-Neiges in September. The alleged attacker was the woman’s ex-boyfriend. As Dan Spector reports, the woman claims she was promised police protection when she went back to her apartment to gather her belongings, only to find her ex inside.
