On reconciliation, federal government shows more ambition than action

In 2015, when the Truth and Reconciliation Commission outlined 94 calls to action, Justin Trudeau, who just became prime minister back then, pledged to implement them all. But six years later, Trudeau has barely made a dent in the list, and is facing criticism for vacationing on the inaugural National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. David Akin reports.
