Metro Vancouver transit police not enforcing mask order until now

Metro Vancouver Transit Police say they haven’t been enforcing the mask mandate on transit until now, because they had no written order from the provincial government. As Richard Zussmam reports, it’s an information gap many other sectors say they’ve been struggling with.
