Gen. Mark Milley said on Wednesday that while an investigation is still underway into the U.S. drone strike at the Kabul airport that took out an alleged would-be suicide bomber was a “righteous strike” and that the proper procedures were followed. Milley said “at least” one of those killed in the strike was an ISIS facilitator, but admitted others were killed.
