COVID-19: Quebec to go ahead with implementing vaccine passport on Sept. 1

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé said on Tuesday that the government will go ahead with implementing the COVID-19 vaccine passport on Sept. 1. The passport will be used for people aged 13 and older to access non-essential services like gyms and restaurants, but it will not be required for retail stores.
