B.C. to require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for non-essential services

B.C. health authorities announced sweeping new measures to require customers of restaurants, theatres, indoor sporting events, and gyms, among other services, to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to get in. The new orders will not apply to health care, retailers, faith services, or to children under 12 who are not eligible for vaccines. Richard Zussman reports.
