Bloom Sunflower Festival brings joy to Okanagan residents

Not a heatwave, smoke filled skies or even an evacuation alert was going to stop the Bloom Sunflower Festival in Armstrong from bringing people a little joy during these uncertain times. Sydney Morton visited the festival and learned about the many varieties of sunflowers to see.
