Quebec health minister hopes to be able to begin vaccinating 11-year-old children

Ontario has started doing it, and now Quebec wants to as well. The health ministry is hoping to have an answer soon on whether or not COVID-19 vaccination can be offered to children who are about to turn 12 years old. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, the health minister also has his sights set on vaccination boosters for the most vulnerable Quebecers.
