Quebec education minister updates back to school plans amid beginning of a COVID-19 4th wave

Elementary and high school students in Quebec will not have to stay in bubbles in the fall but they will be expected to wear masks on the bus and outside their classrooms. Education Minister Jean-Francois Roberge updated the province’s back-to school plan on Wednesday as COVID-19 infection rates climb in the province once again. Dan Spector reports.
