In another move to try and boost vaccination rates in Quebec, the premier is pushing forward with plans for a vaccination passport. François Legault says those who have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine should be rewarded with additional freedoms. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, it comes as signs of a fourth wave are appearing with infection rates almost doubling in one day.
