‘Extreme heat is dangerous’: Health minister urges British Columbians to seek help during latest heatwave

B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix announced at a press briefing Friday afternoon that emergency services will be prepared for a spike in heat-related illness over the next 48 hours. Environment Canada issued temperature-related warnings as wildfires continue to cause problems with air quality.
