Tokyo Olympics: Canada wins first-ever medal in softball, nabs another silver in swimming

Canada won its first ever medal in Olympic softball with the women’s team claiming bronze after a 3-2 win over Mexico. Kylie Masse won Canada’s latest swimming medal, taking silver in the women’s 100-metre backstroke. And Catherine Pinard-Beauchemin won a bronze medal in judo in the women’s under-63kg category, defeating Venezuela’s Anriquelis Barrios after more than three minutes of sudden death overtime. Crystal Goomansingh reports.
