Even as the U.S. is seeing a new spike in cases of COVID-19, word Monday that Canada will open the border to Americans on August 9. They will be permitted to enter for non-essential reasons, such as tourism, but they will have to be fully vaccinated to gain entry. Sean O’Shea reports.
