Death toll in Surfside, Fla. condo collapse rises to 78

Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said on Friday that the death toll in the collapse of a condo building in Surfside, Fla. rose to 78, after 14 additional victims were recovered. “This is a staggering and heartbreaking number that affects all of us very, very deeply,” Levine Cava said.
