Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Kieran Moore announced on Friday that the province would be moving into Step 3 of its COVID-19 reopening plan on July 16, nearly a week earlier than the previously expected date. “Step 3 focuses on the safe resumption of additional indoor services with larger numbers of people, but with restrictions in place,” Moore said.
