The only region to not enter Step 2 of the province’s reopening plan last week will move into it at 12:01 a.m. this Monday. While there is confidence in improved vaccination rates, Waterloo Region’s medical officer of health warns the Delta variant will be in the community for some time to come. Matthew Bingley reports.
