It’s been two days since Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin came forward and admitted to a past charge of driving under the influence and that a second similar charge had been dismissed. While the premier says he’s learned from his past, questions remain about how much accountability he’s taking for his past actions. Alicia Draus reports.
