Manitoba is reporting 145 new COVID-19 cases over the past two days — 54 today and 91 on Canada Day. Health officials are also reporting seven deaths over the two-day span according to Dr. Jazz Atwal, deputy Manitoba chief public health officer, who spoke to the media Friday.
