Quebec Premier Francois Legault announced on Tuesday that all regions in the province will enter the green level of restrictions, the lowest level on the COVID-19 alert scale, starting next week. Legault outlined the plan, which relaxes rules including upping limits on gatherings in homes and backyards, festivals and weddings.
