People in the Restigouche region in northern New Brunswick and neighbouring Quebec are able to reunite now that border measures are relaxed. After being shut for most of the pandemic, the communities separated by a bridge, provincial border and pandemic restrictions are rebuilding their relationship. Callum Smith reports.
