The Union of BC Indian Chiefs is applying to intervene in a BC Human Rights Tribunal case against the Vancouver Police. The case stems from the handcuffing of a man and his granddaughter when they tried to open a bank account at BMO in Vancouver in 2019. John Hua explains.
