New Brunswick has come up short Sunday in its bid to hit a 75 per cent COVID-19 vaccination rate among the eligible population. That means the first phase of reopening won’t start for at least another day. Global’s Callum Smith spoke with some people who are trying to hit that target as soon as possible.
