WHO warns of failure in beating COVID-19 unless rich countries speed up vaccine sharing

World Health Organization (WHO) senior advisor Bruce Aylward warned on Friday that there would be a failure in combating the COVID-19 pandemic unless rich countries speed up sharing their vaccines with lower-resource countries, as it will prevent them from building community confidence if they don’t get their shots sooner than later.
