Vancouver restaurants are celebrating a slow re-opening from the pandemic but they’re now facing a new challenge – a shortage of workers. During the shutdown, many wait and kitchen staff simply left the industry. And as Aaron McArthur reports, a number of popular eateries are now having to put out the “help wanted” signs.
