Restrictions ease on Montreal’s south shore, as many regions moves from red to orange zone

Almost every region in Quebec has been downgraded from the highest pandemic-alert level to the orange zone. Montreal and Laval are not included and remain red. But, as Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, restrictions have been eased for regions now in the orange zone which comes as a relief to many.
