Paramount Fine Foods owner and CEO Mohamad Fakih spoke Sunday after a massive fire at the restaurant chain’s Erin Mills location in Mississauga, Ont., saying “the financial loss is not the most important at this time” and adding that he was glad that the staff was safe and that the community had come together. The franchise owner also spoke, describing how a customer alerted them to the fire.
