Quebec bars and restaurants ask province to let them open for vaccinated customers

Some bar and restaurant associations are calling on the Quebec government to allow them open their establishments to those who have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, that plan has some wondering just how safe that would be and how the vaccine rule would be applied.
