B.C. bans non-essential travel to stop the spread of COVID-19

British Columbia announced new travel restrictions, Friday, limiting non-essential travel across the province. Under the rules, the province is broken up into three regions, based on health authority boundaries. Travel between the regions is not allowed. But there are lingering questions around how the rules will be enforced. Richard Zussman reports.
