Workplaces would be closed for ten days while employees self-isolate if a business has seen five or more COVID-19 cases. Essential workplaces would be exempt from a full closure. As Marianne Dimain reports, Peel Region’s medical officer of health also recommended companies provide paid sick leave for their employees.
