Federal Budget invests heavily in childcare

The largest chunk of spending in the federal budget is going to a national childcare program. It’s been talked about for decades and now the government is proposing $30 billion over the next five years for the initiative. As Alicia Draus reports, it will be up to the provinces to make it work.
