More vaccination clinics in the Toronto area are being closed and appointments cancelled due to a shortage of supply. In hard-hit Scarborough, two clinics were shut down with very little notice. As Caryn Lieberman reports, Premier Doug Ford points to delays in shipments and a need for more vaccines from Ottawa.
