Ontario reported 3,295 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, which is the highest the province has seen since mid-January, said associate chief medical officer of health Dr. Barbara Yaffe. She explained Ontario’s health-care system is strained amid the third wave of COVID-19 in the province.
