The Ford government says it will be able to vaccinate nearly 5 million Ontarians a month using a new online and phone booking system. Officials said the program will have the capacity to book at least 800,000 COVID-19 vaccination appointments. But as Morganne Campbell explains, not everyone is convinced it will be a smooth launch.
