Starting Thursday, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) will be under investigation by state legislature following the snow storm that left much of the state without power, said Gov. Greg Abbott on Wednesday evening. He added he has been working with the legislature on reforms to add more power to the grid and ensure the state never runs out of power again.
