Nova Scotia’s new premier, Iain Rankin, made his first announcement today and he used it to signal the importance of climate change to his government. The province is investing $19 million to support low-income families in making their homes more energy-efficient, and to help Nova Scotians buy electric vehicles. Alicia Draus has the story.
