Premier John Horgan announces during Wednesday’s media briefing that officials are asking British Columbians to stay close to home during Lunar New Year, Family Day and spring break this year to keep everyone safe. He also says once the COVID-19 vaccine program gets up and running in B.C. we will see changes to public health orders and our daily lives.
