Coronavirus: Manitoba outlines proposed easing of measures for next stage of reopening

Manitoba’s chief medical officer Dr. Brent Roussin outlined on Tuesday new coronavirus measures that the province is considering loosening for the next stage of reopening, which includes allowing food services, personal services, gyms, and libraries to operate at 25% capacity and organized outdoor sports to resume.
