It’s been six years since an impaired driving crash claimed the lives of three children and their grandfather. The driver, Marco Muzzo, is up for parole later in February. Feb. 3 marks what would have been one of the children’s birthdays, their mother, Jennifer Neville-Lake, is sharing a special tribute. Caryn Lieberman reports.
