Quebec eases some restrictions as COVID-19 cases drop

After imposing some of the strictest lockdown measures in Canada, Quebec is easing some of its COVID-19 restrictions as new case numbers drop. But as Amanda Jelowicki reports, the respite is not enough for some businesses still struggling in the pandemic.
