Re-opening Alberta businesses expected to work hard in case there’s another shutdown: economist

Restrictions on some Alberta businesses like restaurants and gyms will be eased in a few days — but they could be forced to close again if there’s a third wave of COVID-19. Morgan Black spoke to one economist who expects businesses will do everything they can to bring in money now, just in case they’re locked down again.
